Another Post about a young man heading forward out of the tunnel of obscurity.

Hey, Noah! What day is it?

Today is Tuesday.

I just finished all the illustration work that Jay Vollmar at Westword graciously gave to me for the annual Best of Denver issue. I have a few more illustrations to get done, next. One of which is the cover to radio 1190′s Local Shakedown compilation album. I can’t wait to do something for that that will make it a legendary album. Just wait.

I’m thinking about it, and I want to apologize for my blog always being about what I’m drawing. Lately, it’s all that’s really been in my mind. My life is an early morning to afternoon at the bakery, then getting home and drawing. This is what I do, y’know?

I’ve basically got nothing else going on right now. I haven’t had any kids yet, I’m not married. I live in my small bedroom among my books and albums. I feel sorry for Robin. She has to hear all about this stuff everyday. I’m lucky she hasn’t gotten fed up with me yet. But, no. She actually helps me out a lot as I’ve mentioned before in this blog. I owe her a bunch for taking care of a lot of the human interaction that I’ve been having trouble with lately.  Plus, she drives me around and stuff.

My Lincoln studies have been going well. I’ve been sketching out some of the pages and writing down a lot of the details. Mentally shaping it’s structure. I want this book to be pretty clear before I can start on it, since I’ve never done a graphic novel before.

People blog about what they’re doing, which in your case is drawing. Keep it up, because I like reading about it.
