Portrait of a comic strip rebel.

March 12, 2010

Lately, I’ve been getting quite a few e-mails from people who’ve read and liked Blammo. And most of the time they are from some state  that I’ve never been in. It makes me feel really good that my comic book is entertaining enough that people will go to the trouble to tell me. My “Comic movement”  is called “new old school alternative.” Since I’ve been having a lot of people tell me that when describing Blammo.  I think that that description of Blammo sounds about right.

But, all I’ve ever wanted to do was draw the kind of stories that I want to read, and that anybody could understand. make people laugh and cram as much into a $4.00 comic as possible, so nobody feels ripped off.

Anyway, here is 1 page from a 3 page story in Blammo #6, which is on its way. Click to make bigger!
